The bad news is evident!

I was suspicious earlier on in the winter that there would be trouble once the snow began to retreat. And it has happened in spades so to speak. Following are some of the damage sites:
1) Nanking Cherry nearly devastated









2) Cherry Plum seedlings

3) Edible Blue Honeysuckle

4) Brandon Elm

5) Green ash

 












Columbines are already green.















So there is bad and there is good. Some random shots.

And the Blue Spruce Picea pungens is showing severe needle death.
